On April 26, China Global Talent (CGT) Association victoriously held My Global hour , Xchange G – Free Style English salon for all MBA students interested in improving their oral communications skills in English. The activities include 2 guest speakers and free style English.
在2015年4月26号，China Global Talent 成功举办了第一次的Xchange G活动。这个活动吸引了对英语沟通有兴趣的MBA学生参加，来提高他们的英语口头表达能力。活动有两个部分，第一部分有两位嘉宾进行演讲，第二部分是自由沟通环节。
The 2 guest speakers were Ms. Sarena Liu, a Nanjing University MBA program student from class B, grade 2013, class B, and Mr. Chester Zhao, also a Nanjing University MBA program student from class D, grade 2012. For Ms. Liu, she talked about her time management methods that enabled her to utilize the time she had at the most efficient rate. Mr. Zhao talked about the amazing journey he had while he was in the United States of America. His journey began when he decided to quit his current job in China, and pursue his dream by going to the United States of America.
第一位嘉宾是来自2013级B班的刘莹莹，她的话题是“时间管理方法”，她讲述了在管理时间时取得最高效率的办法。第二位是来自2012级D班的赵成，他的话题是他在美国的旅程，他辞去了他在中国的工作为了去美国追逐自己的梦想。
As for the free style English activity, it is an activity that is designed to encourage participants to interact with one another by asking questions, sharing their experiences and their thoughts on the topics that the guest speakers have just spoken about. As the result of the Xchange G program, most participants had a chance to speak and share what they had in mind while crafting their English communication skill at the same time. In addition, participants were able to learn something new from one another and make new friends. The next activity for CGT will be Journey G, a program that will participants introduce something interesting about their perspective countries, which will be on May 9th, 2015. The location will be determined later on.
另一个活动是Freestyle English。这个活动的目的是要鼓励参加者来用英语与别人交往沟通，包括提问和分享自己的经验、想法。因此，大多数的参加者都借着机会练习了英语，学习了新的东西，同时也认识了很多新的朋友。下一次的CGT活动是在5月9日，活动主题是是“ Journey G”，让参加者来简单介绍自己的国家，具体的时间与地点将会在后期公布，敬请关注。
